To whomsoever it may concern,
This is to bring to your notice the extreme unprofessionalism by the team. I am a DOCTOR, working as a teleradiologist in ASTER from December 2023. According to the contract signed I am supposed to receive payment on the 15th of every month.
That has NEVER been done. In the month of January I was told it would be paid by 20th of every month. I got the salary of December on 25th of January.
Today, on 22nd February, as of now I still have not received my salary of January. It is not just that, when I try to contact the concerned people of the team, there is EXTREME UNPROFESSIONALISM. Absolutely no respect or any kind of responsible answer given either via texts or calls.
In this regard I specifically want to name MS. MARY JACINTHA, the HR whom I contacted and who spoke extremely rudely. No respect was given whatsoever to a doctor working in the company of ASTER. It is the responsibility of the team to address the issues we have. As a doctor, if I am not paid on time, why would I continue with ASTER.
I kindly request you to enquire into the issue of PAYMENT on schedule and also the lack of respect and unprofessionalism shown by your employees and the HR manager.
