We had given our room at C 33 ,Parvati mansion 214 D B marg Mumbai 400007
on live & License basis to Ms Shruti pansare whose mobile number is -8451021777
We had requested Ms Shruti to vacate room since we are shifted to vadodara ,Gujarat but my elder sister Ms Amola vaishnav ,aged 77 is uncomfortable at vadodara .Amola vaishnav has returned back to Mumbai
Sir Ms shruti pansare has not paid electricity bills from November 2021 till march 2022.Live and license agreement stipulated Sub tenant has to pay ellectricity Bill .Shtuti pansare even did not inform us, even not kept a single unpaid bill in our room . She has cheated us.
Please consider, We have even paid her Brokerage of Rs 22,000 since we have asked her to vacate our room
My elder sister ,aged77 had been to shruti pansare ,but shruti has informed her to meet her at 8.pm ignoring age of 77 .What is mattter of concern if BEST disconnets power supply where Ms Amola vaishnav shall run at the age of 77.
