i HAVEN'T CERTIFICATE OF HTCS ,CENTRE IS RAJOURI GARDEN ,NEW DELHI.
MY COURSE IS COMPLETED IN AUGUST 2015.BUT I DIN'T HAVE A CERTIFICATE IF HTCS.
