sir my name is bharanidharan i have come to your theater for booking tickets for the upcoming movie kaki sattai on 23-02-2015 at 9pm ,i have checked in online for tickets nearly 15 rows was empty and tickets was also available in a b c rows they did not issue tickets i argued for 30 mins they gave the worst respone i even called your managet they did not respond then an security supervisor named vinod kumar came there used rubbish words on me and chucked me out of the theater and said me you do what ever you can this is my respond or eles i will slap you he says we are running for more money online transaction so will give only front rows tickets sir this really a worst coustomer service provided by your management pls take action on it

They will change the Big screen movies without any prior information. If you book a ticket on wednesday in the theatre (Big screen-Sangam) for sunday show. They will change that movie to small screen-Padmam. Worst customer service providing theatre.
