Dear Bodycraft Team,
This is in Regards to ur staff at ASSAYEE ROAD, Bodycraft branch.
She has no right to mistreat my mother saying she's worked with ya'll for 12 years or so and make excuses for playing around with an old lady like my mother, I would request immediate removal of a staff like ROSEY, because she's playing politics in a salon like yours?
How does it matter if we are north indians, we have been living in Bangalore for more than 70 years and doing such things, The whole area has sindhi's and one word will spread like wildfire and we will all stop coming to Bodycraft.

I had been to Lavelle Road Bodycraft today for a facial service and the therapist who attended was not good in her massage. I felt like she was forgetting her steps. This is the third time I am experiencing this with facial services. I have been your customer for the past 22 years and I don’t know why now I am having such bad experience. In fact I came over after about 6 months keeping high expectations but in vain. Last time I took your facial service I was recommended the wrong facial because of which I had allergic reactions on my face and after that I literally stopped doing facial and now when I came back I was given a recommendation for pure gold facial and i felt it was not worth the money i spent. My 5k has gone for a toss.
