RECEIVED AN SMS ALERT ON 15/01/2015 SAYING CASH MEMO 3000162073 IS GENERATED. WAITING SINCE THEN RESTRICTING OUR MOBILITY. NO LUCK AS OF 31 JAN 2015 A REPLY THAT THEY WILL CALL BACK. TIRESOME COMPLAINT BOOKING AT INDIAN OIL SERVICES ALSO A TIME CONSUMING FIASCO. WHAT NEST? SOCIAL MEDIA? CONSUMER COURT? SRUTHI AND BHARATKUMAR AND RAO ARE JUST THREE NAMES I SPOKE WITH FOR 2 TO 30 MINUTES. MUST GET A FEED BACK. FLASH NEWS! A LADY AT THE AGENCY SAID JUST NOW THE DELIVERY WILL BE NEXT WEEK!!!!!!

I got the message "cash memo 3000043555 generated for booking no
306059 shall be delivered shortly" on 29/05/2015.But till this time I didnot get the delivery.Now please tell me how many days will take after booking.Already 42 days are gone after booking.

I had paid on line rs861/ as lpg cylinder cost, but the price subsiquently refuced to rs807/.In the bill dt. 2.3.20 rs54/is shown as net payable. (excess amount paid). Yesterday booked the cylinder and paid rs807/.on line. The excess amount of rs54/ not adjusted. How will I get back the excess
