Hi Team,
My father Shri Ganesh Chandra Das resides in Uttarganakgari, Sorbhog and he had done a booking of gas cylinder 15-20 days back and yet he didn't received.
I mean what's going on your side, why it is taking so late to distribute even after booking. I am seeing a big negligence from your end which is unacceptable.
I am not sure about the system how it works but I need to the know the reason.
This is quite frustrating and unavoidable situation. If this continue we need to go for some legal action toward Dipali Gas Agency to get the reason.
Also the customer care number is just usless..no one is receiving any call.
Please try to fix the issue asap, also dispatch the gas cylinder as soon as possible.
