Deliveryof filled gas to consumer at nongrimbah is not for the last one week. They are telling plant strike is going on and no hope to get in few days. It may take more time for delivery.is it correct. If so then what solution for consumers.

Dear Sir, we have booked a refill for Gas cylinder on 17 Feb 22 and payment done online, but till now its already been a month but we have not receive any cylinder.
Instead we have received a message twice that cash memo has been issued regarding the Gas Cylinder which we have order but we have not receive the delivery of gas at our home.
