I, Kamalaben.Jayshanker Upadhyay. booked LPG gas on 28th.Dec.2018 with jalaram gas agency.They issued one LPG cylinder,Regulator on the same day. But,did not issue Consumer bòok&consumer number till date.I am finding difficulty in booking refil over on line because of lack of Consumer No.please help me as i am 86 years widow residing alone at Ravol, Taluka.Idar,dist.Sabarkantha. My son is staying at Mumbai. He is assisting me in Refil booking. I wouldbe oblige.
