Non-delivery of Gas cylinder - Reg. by Rinkey Kumari Gupta:

Dear Sir, I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing conumer no. CX8431743. I booked online for gas cylinder on 19.09.2016 vide booking no. 219835. My indane gas distributor was M/s Ballarshah Indane Gas Agency. When I was enquired for non delivery of gas cylinder I have been informed by the adjascent shop keeper that the above agency has been bankrupt & accordingly transferred to Birsa Munda Indane Gas agency, Rajura. I again booked online on 15.12.2016 vide booking no. 275179. The cashmemo is also issued on 16.12.2016 vide cashmemo no. 3000044162. But till date no delivery was made. my both cylinders are empty. Since Sept' 16, no cylinders has been delivered to me. Being a ladies consumer, what may I do. I am totally depressed. So look into the matter personally and arrange to supply cylinders immediately to me. Looking into the favourable response.
