Non supply of gas cylinder by Surinder Kumar:

Gas was booked on July 24, 2015 against consumer # 3394 with Booking # 31339. Till date the cylinder is not delivered which is causing hardship to consumer. You are requested to deliver cylinder at the earliest in order to avoid any hardship to me.

Booking was made on 10 Oct 2015, phone calls not answered, on personal visit, booking clerk assures delivery next day, till 3rd Nov. 2015, cylinder is NOT delivered.

Dear Sir,
We are the customer of Vipul Gas Agencies Solan HP.from 12-13 years and we are facing many problems from the Agency due to availability of Gas.
1. No Regular office for deliver the Gas.
2. All the charges for deliver the Gas Cylinders at door, but till date no delivery has been given by this Agency.
3. No Rules & Regulations for Delivery.
4. Today was the turn of Shamti area but supply not given.
5. Many Cylinders given through black.
6. No Proper space for deliver the Cylinders all the customers are stand on road and take the delivery. Any time their will be
some misshaping.

Very-Very-Very poor Management to deliver the Gas Cylinder.
1. Delivery of Gas Cylinders are irregular.
2.Customers are standing on Road For collecting Cylinders on Road at Khundi Dhar Whre the Godown is Situated.
3. All the Employees misbehaving the customers.
4. No proper way to collecting the Gas by women.
5. No time & table for delivery.
6. Labor Charges are collecting from the customers but no door delivery given by the agency.
7. Some times the Cylinders are lifted by customers from Truck.
8. No weighing scales are available their and all the cylinders are given to customers with out weighing.

Today on 1.5.19 I have received message from INDANE " Cash memo 3xxxxx7154 generated against ur refill booking no.9xxxx8 stands cancelled. Reasons:Door closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly" whereas this is totally false. My door is always remain opens from 6AM to 8PM
