    I am raising this complain against Gasco Agency,Jorhat which is engaged in the distribution of LPG domestic connection.
    I have transferred my abovementioned LPG connection form Lanka,Nagaon to Jorhat,when I have visited your agency I have paid total Rs.2300 at the counter, however, as

    adviced by my previous gas agency located in Lanka (Lankeshwari Gas) I was suppose to pay Rs.1200 only for transferred connection.Kindly advice why is this overcharge

    of Rs.1100/- happen during transfer.Also,the dealer was attaching one cylinder roller which I already have & not neeeded for me which I refused.You are requested to

    investigate the matter & revert.

    Second big issue is that your home delivery is not happening properly.Your delivery vehicle which is coming every saturday is not handingover cylinder at home.Instead

    they wait at one crossroad(Nefa Tiniali) and we people have to reach to the vehicle.Let me remind you that we are paying Rs.40 for cylinder delivery at home,not on

    roadside.Ideally they are supposed to deliver inside the home,infact in the kitchen.Also, they are not providing any receipt of the payment which is now

    Rs.600/-.Kindly revert for any disconnect here.
    I wanted to understand that, is there any set compliance/rule framed out for such above issues like transfer connection and home delivery issue??
    If the set process is there & it's not followed by the agency and it's staff then this is a big issue & this complain needs to be escalated to the highest authority

    till resolution.For your easy understanding go and check how the home deliveries are happening through your vehicle without any bill receipt with consumer copy

    signature for last 6 months & seek consumer feedback for the same.
    You will then understand the plight of consumers who are paying for the services rendered by you.
    Hoping for a revert on priority.
