My Gas subsidi is not credit for month of 05-01-2018 with reason that your aadhar card number is not mention with your account but i had already linked my aadhar card number with my bank account more than 2 times and on dated 25-01-2018 subsidi is credit by you in my bank account number for Gas cylinder of January month in my another account. again in dated 20-02-208 gas cylinder was booked by me but this time again i get same reason that your aadhar card number is not linked. i have contact with my bank and they are sure that my aadhar card is already linked with my account so what is the exact reason for subsidi is not credited by you. 3 subsidi is remaining from your side because of this issue so solve this problem and credit my remaining subsidi

Customer care is very bad
Rang at 10am about about gas cylinder leak
It is nearly 1.45 pm, still no one has come or bothered to contact us why delay
Three days ago I had same problem and they send someone to fixed it
I don’t know what he did but same problem still there
I do smell gas leak
I just rang them again at 1.40 pm
And reply I got that some one will come around 4 pm
I don’t understand gas leak service can not take seriously this incident
Very disappointed with service I received
