My gas was booked on 6th January 2015 connection number being 18496. Received the sms for amount transferred and gas delivery but no gas has till date been delivered to us. On questioning the delivery man there was no satisfactory answer given

Dear Concern,
I call again & again to kisan gas agency between agency timing(10 am to 4 pm) but call not received by gas agency employee. I had booked gas on 26 jan 15 through online & cash memo create on 17 feb 15,but gas cyc not recieved by me yet & also kisan gas delivery boy demand extra money for deliver to gas cylinder to me,he demand bribe from me again & again.so that i suffering many problem,so i purchased cylinder in black..due to kisan gas agency not given a gas cylinder on time...u say what was i do? in future if i will suffer this problem again then i will go to consumer court with avidence ..regards mohit mob no-9368421207

This is really a concern metter, gas yet no received by me after many reminders. Even my one booking auromaticlly cancelled coz one month has complete. So please do the needful and act fast.

I booked one gas cylinder online against my ID No.3824 on 21.05.2015 (Booking
reference -258011). Received SMS on 05.06.2015 that a cash memo has been generated vide no.3000026475 for delivery of cylinder. When I was eagerly waiting for the delivery, surprisingly I got message on 09.06.2015 that my booking stands cancelled. The reason of cancellation is not known to me.Whenever I try to contact the office,I find the mobile is on switch off mode and the land line phones are not responding. Already 20 days have passed since I booked the cylinder. Do not know how to settle the problem.

Please refer my consumer No- KG17758. Message received on 01 September that the cash memo for my refill has been generated. But so far the cylinder has not been delivered. It is requested to arrange the supply of the gas on priority as my gas is likely to be finished and also to avoid the cancellation of the booking as happened earlier due to non-supply of the gas even after the cash memo was generated
