I call in durga gas agency today at 9:20 am nd they did not recieve my call.i call on 01735276099 again and agin but no responce.i dont have any male member at my house to recieve gas sylender from gas agency.thats why i want home delivery of gas.plz take immidiate action on my complaint.my costomer is 00718 nd consumer name is avtar singh. Mene last time bhi yehi complaint kri thi aur aj bhi meri complaint same h.last time mene kisi ki minnate kr k apna sylinder mangva lia jb agency ne sylender ki home delivery nhi ki customer care mei complaint k baad bhi.is baar mene gas sylender saturday ko book krate hi durga gas agency mei call kr di taki time mei sylinder ki home delivery ho jaye.jisne phn recieve kia usne bola tha k monday ya tuesday ko sylinder ghar pohoch jayega. Saturday k baad sunday gya monday tuesday sb beet gya pr sylinder ab tak nhi aya.aur ab dekha ki jo sylinder tha vo bhi khatam ho gya.nd it is very shameful that no reaction on my last complaint too.ese agencies ko lisence pta ni ku dia jata h jo itne careless h.plz take an imidiate action on my complaint.my consumer number is 00718,nd mob num 9354943603
