We booked gas on 17 jan 2015 with booking no.259503 but we didn't get the cylinder till now and whenever we check through online booking the booking date change into15-2-2015 with booking no 2000176131 and now the booking number as on 13-4-2015 is 2000005233 . we haven't received a single cylinder but received subsidy to my account on 16-4-2015.i request you to kindly do the needful
