I HAVE BOOKED A CYLINDER ON 10/02/15.ON 12/02/15 I RECEIVED A MAIL IN MY MOBILE NO 9432253434(WHICH IS REGISTERED WITH YOU) THAT SUBSIDY RS 220.68 SUBMITTED TO A/C XXXXX262033, THIS A/C DOESN'T BELONG TO ME NEITHER I LINKED THIS NO TO BANK.
I VISITED CONCERNED BANK WHERE I WAS SHOWN MY A/C IS CORRECTLY LINKED WITH MY ADHAR.
PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION

I had booked My Cylinder on 9th March and Received Hp Cylinder on 12th March 2015 and paid Rs.646.00 by cash to delivery Man. till date I did not received subsidy yet.
Please do the needful.

My Consumer No. is 627770. I have to re-booked for refilling on 16.8.15 as per Booking No.578555 as my old Booking No.573558 dated 6.8.15 was cancelled on 16.8.15 without delivery. No intimation given to me for non-delivery. When I talked to Distributor Office on 18.8.15, they told me that my home was under lock & key when the delivery man reaches.

Hi,
This particular gas service agency has extremely poor service. For getting a new connection the authorities ensure to harass you to the extent possible. I stay in a nuclear family with both me and my spouse working. Kanchan Flame team till date has not been able to do the verification and always expects that they will visit my flat without notification and I will be taking leave from my organization to wait for them to come for endless days.
Simply pathetic and empathetic for citizens like us who struggle to get the basic requirements.

I had booked refill on Nov 18 with booking no 599801
And got the msg that will receive the refill on 2nd Dec and I called our delivery man ph no 956474387
But that guy said he will come on Tuesday ie 6th Dec
But he landed on 5th Dec and when my wife said I don't have cash now he started misbehaving and shouting in front of our apartment and this is not for the first time and he always has complain and shouts Everytime and tells he will not come to deliver gas here as it's too far he demands 50 rupees extra Everytime I also give him
As per the present day situation cash is the biggest problem
And even my told him to come tomorrow and when I called him today the said he has cancelled the refill booking
