non delivery of LPG Gas by Prem Chand Saini:

Sir/Mam, My Consumer no 605143 and in an urgent need of Gas for domestic purpose. Complaint was booked to get filled cylinder on 7.7.18. Your agency was contacted to deliver Gas at my home. It was informed telephonically today at 11.23 a.m that LPG cylinder can't be supplied in case the payment not made online or through debt card. Its quite surprising that your Agency has stopped LPG cylinders supply with serving any notice to your valued customers leaving them in great distress. There is no Gas at my home today. Although I have two cylinders but both couldn't be refilled due to unavoidable domestic circumstances. Please deliver a cylinder at my given address because my 88 years mother can't approach you or make payment through debit card.....Prem Saini, ward no 2, Santokhgarh Distt UNA HP.....Opposite Santokh Singh Jatt, Raipur Road...Thanks
