Dear Sir,

With reference to the refill order history it is noticed that gas cylinder has been booked on 03.07.2015 and shown as delivered on 07.07.2015, I have not booked any gas cylinder on the above date and neither I have received the same. Subsidy amount has also been credited to my account on 09.07.2015 an amount of Rs. 165.82.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
