Non-delivery of refill gas by Gopalakrishnan:

The delivery boy failed to deliver the refill, inspite of repeated complaints to Royal Gas Distributor. Several times booked, but cancelled for want of address, though I have identifiable address. He expects money from me for delivery before hand. Delivery boys are charging Rs.50 for every delivery in general from consumers. It is not known under what account it is payable. Corruptions starts at every place. Since, I refused he did not deliver. This is very pathetic.
