Yesterday 25 dec i came in emergency i found there cockroach and then ignored it but today i found it many times in 2nd floor canteen too outside icu i have clicked photos

Today i put my phone on charging and went back to my pacle after 5 min when i checked it was there but after sometime when i checked again it was not there cable and phone there but no adapter

There is no jet in toilet near canteen at 2nd floor. Security guard on duty said no jet around last 8 months.
This negligence is not good for such a reputed hospital. Plz look into the matter.
