We called the IFB toll free number ( 180030005678), techinician attended next day and informed as mother board failed and cost 8600 ...we agreed the cost .
also his service charges 350 collected from us , first they asked to wait 3 days to supply parts but no response after three days also , hence contacted many times their toll free and supervisor ( both toll free females representaive and supervisor Azmi very arogant and irrresponse in reply ... finaly said wait for another one week...
Again no reply after one week , called them Azmi - Supervisor said that you may take service from outside ... he is either not said on parts status..
Now finally our Rs.350 service charges become waste which we paid to IFB .... ( seems its big cheating by IFB from their customer). VERY VERY POOR approch of employees inclusding toll free female represenative very rude while speaking
Now we rectified locally ... V
