Hi Sir,

We booked an apartment in "ARUN EXCELLO URMIKA" flat number 2051 on february 16 2024 by giving a token advance of 50,000/-.

And then on 19th February 2024 we gave a single hand payment of 17,50,000/-.
On that day they agreed to register on 21st February 2024.

But on the 20th of February the amount is not credited to your account so 21st February registration won't happen - We agreed that.

After that you confirmed on 20th February 2024 late evening you confirmed the amount credited. And you are trying to register on 22nd February.

But on 21st February no one took calls.

And 22nd February picked up the call and told me registration won't happen today also - We also agreed that.

And we ask you to confirm us one day and you told us that 1st of March or 4th March or 6th March.

And then 29th February we received confirmation from your side of the registration on 1st March (Very next day).

On 1st March we went to the register office and they asked us to sign one document.

After that in the register office they asked us to leave and told us some issues with the sub-registrar in chengalpet.

And then they asked us to wait till next week. But we are not receiving any calls from your side next week. On a daily basis we called you - but we are not getting a proper update from your side. And then on friday last week we visited the Marketing office in Arun excello urmika apartment and you told us on monday (today) you will get the update from us.

But today also we are not receiving any calls from you till now.
Then now we called us also no one attended the calls then visited the marketing office now told us wait till wednesday for the update.

Could you please help us with this.

We gave the amount 25 days ago till now there is no proper update from you.
