Man who issue token to the passengers by Jayant Kumar Mishra:

Today I saw that , at the token counter the man who issued the token to the customers/passengers who were coming from very far distance.When the passengers buy the token,the man who was sitting on the chair for issued the token was fighting, sometime for Rs.1 or Rs.2,3,5/- I mean to say that he was fighting for change Rs..Reason was not that he had no change for any one of the customer/passenger. The main reason was that He want to keep that black money (change money) on his pocket. Many of the passengers fought with him , and the issue of token man was very expert , he was take interest with fight with passengers. Its my request to you that please take a strict action against these type of man who issued the token and expert in fight. That moment it was around 12:45-1:15 pm.This was not done by me, but i am in favor of those passengers who are coming in future.

I never used Nangloi metro station to taravl bec of stupid costumer service ..at Nangloi metro have 7 token counter but I never saw that's all working only 2&3 counter they opne for 100 and 150 pax at the same time today I forgot my card at home and I am going for exam and I reached at Nangloi metro at 9:30 but because of long queues I got the token at9:55 unhelpful staff and bad customers service Delhi metro is going down for the Custer service?
