To whomsoever it may concern,
My story may seem like the story of a girl’s next door story and a proof that nothing remains constant. But the things are not simple as it may seem.
My name is Mrs. Ashmi Gaur w/o Mr. Vivek Gaur R/O 139 lions lane Sirsi Road, Khatipura, Near 200 FT bypass, Jaipur Rajasthan 302012.
I got married on 24th Nov, 2014 after being in relationship for 4 years. Soon after my marriage I realized that a girl named Zineb Sadni R/O road oued ze, building sun apartment 07, Mohammedia,28800 Big CASABLANCA, MOROCCO (passport number- )visited India (sometime in April, 2014) for an internship program however got into relationship with my husband during her stay, she was then unaware of our relationship. She left India in Dec, 2015 with an intension of never coming back. However she was in touch with Vivek after her departure as well through messages and calls. In January 2015 I got to know about her relationship with my husband through the messages transacted between them. I then spoke to her and informed about my husband’s marital status. She apologized that she was totally unaware of our marriage and will not get in touch in him. But she did not do as promised, and now I feel that she has come into revenge either with me or my husband. She is torturing my husband emotionally, mentally and asking him to throw me out of the house and his life. This has caused lot of frictions in my married and personal life. She is making continuous efforts to come to India and spoil my life. My husband and Zineb are forming continuous plans and conspiracies so that I leave my in-laws place (supported by proofs, whatsapp chat, facebook chat).

In a country like India where we say relationships are made in heaven can someone come from thousands of kilometers away and spoil my life just in fraction of seconds. I know my husband is also involved with her, but she is the main root cause. I am sure things can be improved if she leaves my husband. I am trying since last eight months to get everything corrected. But this adamant girl is better planner than me and destroying every effort that I make. She even planned up a trip to Indonesia with my husband in June, 2015. I really feel bad when I think of something like this, but somehow not convinced to leave this relationship. I am going through lot of dramas, emotional misbalance and my health is also getting Detroit with each passing day. I, in fact have lost my job during this phase. I have no support of anyone and no financial support. I have no aspirations to live but not to worry I am educated and I understand the value of a life. I can very easily get onto other relationship and get over with everything. But that would not be justice, someone’s life is not meant to be played with and relationships cannot be broken in just blink of an eye.

I have decided to bring a change in everything and that can only be done with your help.

My only request is not to let her come to India and ruin everything, I am writing this letter to all the embassies feeling that she may apply from a third country. Indian embassy is already well informed about this case (verification can be done from there) I will be grateful if the representations can do the needful.

I have no clue of there is any legal action that can be taken to stop her visit to India but if on human grounds this can be done that would save many lives.
