29.01.2015 - From "K" Line India Pvt. Ltd. - We have requested installation of ZICOM access control system on 22.06.2015 and subsequently advance payment was also released to PSAFE (dealer) as per request from Zicom's Territory manager on 25.06.2015. But inspite of repeated telephone calls / requests, the product has not been installed.
More so, the attitude is so careless that they do not even attend calls and neither call back. They just linger on that we'll be visiting the site but so far the ZICOM engineer has not turned up for the installation.

Really pathetic service and attitude.

Request if somebody from the head office can assist.
