Hi, I have submitted/booked my gas on 3rd of april,2020, here is the consumer number -24291. I still not received the gas. Could you please tell me what is the reason? You guys tell me how can I cook food for my family with out the gas!!! Here is the reference number-Order for Cons No 24291 is registered with Ref No.2-000299034592. I am requesting u to please deliver the cylinder asap.

We have made booking on 22nd July, 2022 and received today on 27th July, 2022 after 5 days.
It is also a reason of my complaint but the big scam is that we received underweight cylinder.
Cylinder total weight should be 29.1 kg but the actual weight of the cylinder we received is 28.9kg, it means 200g missing.
I know its a little amount of gas but lets assume it is happening with everyone then guess the total missing gas weight.
I have also filed a complaint before when we received 1.1 kg missing gas in cylinder & they are not doing anything.
The cylinder price is ₹1,053 today and still we are not getting full cylinder.
It is totally not accepted.
200g ×1 = 200g but
200g× 1000= 2,00,000g it means 200kg.
It can be a big fraud. We need to stop this mess.

Also, the delivery person never keeps with them the weighing machine and always delivers the cylinder without weighing the cylinder.
