Yesterday we a family of four get to dine at your Ludhiana outlet but sorry to say the experience was pathetic, quality of food and service were below average, asked for laccha parantha but served one tandoori roti to me and said this is laccha parantha only. Quality of curd, and food was so pathetic that we decided to leave the place withour having our dinner just for our peace of mind.I will file a sue against mr. Ritam Mukerjee and few other peoples in consumer court for the refund of my money. Contact me at 9876339777

In morning I have called in Vasant Kunj branch and after his confirmation I have purchased the coupons from nearbuy but in evening your person got rude and denied for the table

Last day , I visited in your Jalandhar venue. So many times already visited, but yesterday your staff very rude , service too poor. In starters so many times said what is service, but your staff no listening, when I started dinner then first I asked how many times for make chapati aur nan. He said just five minutes, when I started dinner only one chapati served by your staff and we are four members. We were very disappointed with this. After finished I told full story to your senior staff as a Name Mr Chatram . He said just sorry.
I don't understand what is service.
My money is not a paper it's Rupees, I had to pay 3462/- for 4 persons Two adults two child. But I didn't ask about child discount.
