Complaint against service and quality of tea by Gyanendra Kumar rai:

I came at kwality express foetus vacant link new delhi with my friend and call a pair of tea, but they have charged rs.142 but without milk it has been supplied.the following complaints are to be resolved forthwith
1. Tea supplied without milk.
2. When call for complaint book they have denied.
3. When we call manager the counter person denied to cooperate with us.
Please do needful and ask detail explanation to culprits.
