I am using a Sundirect connectio and STB for the last 6 years. Recently it went out of order. Your service centre people said that I have to purchase a new STB for rs 650 and this is the only alternative. Also he said that they will not repair it.
I have one old STB in working condition. Can it be configured to work with my smart card?. If so please guide me so that I can retain my present Sundirect connection. I am not interested in purchasing a new STB at any cost
