My Name is Mukesh Valand, My Star Health Insurance Mediclaim policy no is 159009932100004600,
on dated 06/03/2021 I was infected with covid-19, report is attached, I was self quarantine at home for next 7 days (13/03/2021).
on 13/03/2021 when my health was drastically going down, so I went to the lab for X-Ray Chest PA and HRCT Scan Of the Chest report, in which report is saying that the HRCT report is 10/25. Which is critical. Then as i told by Dr I went to Hospitalised.

For past 6 months my claim is getting rejected, should we not consider this as a critical case ?
