sir i have ricoh sp 210 printer seriea no x355m82889 and i have lost my computer so i want to install the driver in the other laptop. i have tried online but not found than i call customer care they give me the complainet no 498474 .and told me there was a call from your side and will solution provide to me . today i recieved a call but the representative told me to deposit 350 rs and gst extra .because you have not support this printer . sir i have to tell you that i have purchase this printer and there was no condition that its driver is rented or payble. and this time of information technology no other companies also ask for money for only give information for your own product . i only need how to install driver. plz give me the information or if not give me the proper region that i will show at consumer court
