Sir, My Reliance DTH Big Tv Connection has been suspended from 18.10.2017 But I am try the recharge of Rs. 261 in Card No. 201520956263 but not recharged the reliance Big Tv Card and no customer care number has not been active. I am very sad this problem.

I have book a new connection on dated 6th July 2018, then received a message from you, the will be installed with in 30 to 45 days, but no any action till now.
