I did a big mistake in my life to get a car service package from Cross Roads. After taking money, NO one is responding now. First I was promised one day but no one turned up and now that girl is also not responding. Customer Care even after waiting for 10 minutes, no one came on the phone. How to get in touch with Cross Roads, I do not know. My money is wasted. It seems this company is Fraud but I will also not keep quiet and will do my level best either for refund or get the proper service done. Its really frustrating and disgusting.

My car No.DL1CAB1606 was giving starting trouble and I called at helpline at around 1::20 pm on 19.02.2024 at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg. Since now no body came from yr side to help me and I have been running around here and there. I have called numerous time in yr customer care numbers. Every time yr executives are saying. Just coming. But till now at 3 PM after more than 1hour 30 minutes. No mechanic came.
When I last called Mr Anurag and asked email if for complaint, he refused to give the email Id.
This type of service you people are promised at the the time membership renewal. Who will pay the cost of my time??
