Hi Team,
I am very painful with what we had received after servicing my car from One of you authorized service center Oriental Motors Jabalpur M.P.This car was a gift to my Mother from my side, as I am working in IT i am not staying in Jabalpur. So my mother had to deal with Oriental Motors, The service charge for my Car last time was 30000 and the car was there in the service center for 20 days.After that servicing my car lost the power, got knocking sound , running bumpy and missed alignment of wheels ( going in left direction).Also the car battery is in warranty, still they are bothering my mother saying your car's battery was also weak.
I am sure you can find all servicing details in your system.I know Chevrolet is not operating in India nowadays but this kind of behaviour is not expected.We have certain faith and believe in Chevrolet that's why we choose to buy Chevrolet Beat for my Mother.If anybody reading this mail, I am seeking the response for the same at least.
