Sir , i bought blue star inverter ac on February 2024 from kovilpatti sathya agency. As per your norms three free service you provide. Till date one free service is done by your service people. 29.04.24 I
gave a complaint that ac is not working. You send the ac service technician. They booked my complaint. And also inform me that 02.05.24 ac mechanic will come and rectify it.but till date nobody come. Your customer service is very worst. No response. Your company and the agency didn't care about the coustemer.pl give proper advise to your technicians and the agency. From 02.05.24 onwards daily i called the agency 4 or 5 times and told sir send the ac mechanic and rectify it. In the hot summer we are suffering with out ac in the night time.Atlast i called a technician at my own cost and rectify the fault.
