Bad contact... very poor i m try to call customer care more and more times but not connecte the call.. 2 tym call connect but same issue i wil talk to him..but 2hrs after it will oke thatsz our answer aroudn 6hr laiter the same issue will remain

We have been trying to sort out the problem for the last six days .and no one is responding how to sort out the problem.dont u know how to respond to customers?.u r such ridiculous.and no one is responding.such a worse customer care u have ..we have been keep trying the phone and u are not responding.our problem is only few channels like maatv,etv,geminitv are coming and all other telugu channels are not coming.we are unable to sort out the prblm.hope u will help us
