J K Synthetics Company was established under the name ‘J.K. Investment Trust Limited’ in 1943 and started primarily as an investment Company. The Company’s important activity is to manufacture and distribute portland/pozzolana cement, white cement and synthetic fibres and yarns. It has established a research center at its factory at Kota for the manufacture of nylon yarn and also for developing various types of other synthetic yarns and fibers. It has also incorporated established a plant for manufacturing synthetic fibre in 1973 for making machinery in collaboration with Harsh Fisher of West Berlin was inaugurated in November.

Sir, i hold 60 shares of JKSynthetics Ltd when the face value was rs 20/ subsequently when the face value was re1/ I have not received the new share certificates.originally shares were issued in my name while I was a non resident but I have returned to India for good and I am a resident now I have sent email 3 times giving all the details please help me in this regard by issuing the new shares in dematerialisef format.pleade refer to my email dated 22nd September and today's as well for complete details
