Regarding refund by Vipin Manikpuri:

My refund is again and again getting delayed for no reason, At first I was told that I will get my refund in end of the September month then after following up, I was told that due to some reason it got delayed by end of October and now again after taking follow up, they told me that I will get it by end on November even though I have submitted refund initiation on time as per the college norms. Please look into this matter and help me with my refund. My admission no is 04957
