Dear Sir, This is drone Plaza Hotel,Kochi,Kerala, We had raised concerns about you products cost more than 70Lakhs, purchased in 2012,sofar we haven't got single service or technical assistance or any single part replacement and the condition of most of the locks are in. Bad shape.We feel that our request is being push aside and prolonging the process cross the warranty of 2-10 years.Ww don't have any choice either repair it and use it throw it.Lioking for reply and positive actions.Tx
