Dear Sir, I am writing this text against damaged luggage against my son who traveled to trivandrum from kuwait on 03rd Aug 2019. A Mail was sent to trivandrum office with set of documents from Kuwait emirates office. Since many days are passed,I didn't receive any status update for it . Can you please help me out.
