Dear Sir,
In the above mentioned subject, it is requested that the maintenance work is being done by you in Omaxe North Avenue-1(2BR), Sector-15, Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar, whose contract you have given to the contractor named Suraj. Your two supervisors are checking the work of the contractor whose names are Satyaveer Singh and Bijender Singh. Suraj contractor damaged my internet OFC Cable two times when he was working in tower No.-11. When I told him about it, he made me commit to make up for my loss. Your supervisor Satyaveer Singh also made me a commitment to get my damages done from Suraj Contractor.
But even after 4 months have passed since that incident, I have not received my loss. Now your supervisor Satyaveer Singh has stopped picking up my phone too. The details of my damages done by Suraj Contractor are as follows:
1) OFC Cable repairing charges 1st time - Rs. 1,500.00
2) Work delay due to damage of OFC Cable 1st time - Rs. 10,000.00
3) OFC Cable repairing charges 2nd time - Rs. 1,500.00
4) Work delay due to damage of OFC Cable 2nd time - Rs. 10,000.00
Total Compensation Amount - Rs. 23,000.00
That's why you are requested to get my damages done by Suraj Contractor as soon as possible. Please get me my loss within 7 days so that I and you can avoid any kind of legal action.
