I am writing to inform you of my disappointment regarding the customer service I received for the past week while visiting your showroom. Your employee made the visit a somewhat negative experience.
The reason for my visit was my vehicle needed service. After explaining the problem to Unfortunately, the employee informed me that this would not be possible by them and they need some expertise assistant. I explained to him that I had the original purchase receipt, but after a somewhat heated argument with the employee I finally left the store as it was clear that the employee had no intention of trying to find an amicable and fair solution to the problem.
Therefore, I would like to request that you look into this matter promptly as I feel that the poor quality of service provided does not reflect well on your brand or your promise to consumers regarding their rights for the satisfied service

Today I go to your Kharagpur Fortune Motors Service Center to change my car's warper blade. I was told mistry charge 300 rupees after installation. I think 300 rupees is too much. When I asked to pay only parts, they told me that it is not for sale and treated me very badly. I am told who asked you to buy a car from us, did we call you to buy a car. All these conversations have to be heard.
