Delay services in swagat restaurant, patiala by Dr Regina Maini:

Sir.
We are very regular customer of swagat restaurant patiala,for the last 4 weeks we are observing that there is lot delay in preparation of food we ordered our dinner at 9.20 pm and we got our dinner at 10 08 pm. when we asked they said delay is due to party at top floor.this is happening third time in Feb month.the party in other hall should not be at the cost of regular customer, moreover no body was bothering when we said we will not come again, rather they said thanks
You are requested to either depute more chefs/ persons in the restaurant otherwise shortly the customer rate in swagat will drop . waiting for your positive action and reply.
