Seavy is a crappy company. I have bought a hob of Seavy and turned out to be a disaster. The product doesn't work properly and it's getting rusted. After several attempts, got a hold of customer representative named Mamta who was inefficient and blunt. She is extremely incompetent and doesn't have a way to address client's concerns. They have wasted my time in exchanging emails/ photographs however, no proper resolution given on the account. I have begged them in several occasions that the big burner isn't working fine and all burner plates and stands are rusted however, customer rep. Mamta has been so rude to me while addressing the query and didn't give proper resolution. I highly unsatisfied with the product, pathetic service and the behavior of the customer care. I need the issue to be resolved and get me an answer in 48 hours. Lastly Mamta should be terminated due to lack of skills and behaviorial issues.
