Hi,
This is to inform you that Iam very happy with your pathetic services typically like "Sarkari Bank". Mistakenly I applied for an credit card from your shit bank and got the same within given time.
And then I request your fool customer care executive 5 time to update my mail id so that I can get the statement on mail but they are not bothered to resolve the issue.
And still I am not receiving any mail of statement and never get the hard copy of the bill. Only getting SMS's for due amount.
I raised complaint 5 times on your customer care and I was assured every time that from next month you will get the bill with soft and hard copy both. But sorry I didn't get any thing from your side.
Please do something if you can.

my Credit card No. 4377 4878 1768 4505 which has been made by some one unknown, at the ATM of SBI Ring
Road Lajpat on dated 08-06-2019, time 00.54 hrs. At the said time I am in Bacheli whereas the transection was made from my said Credit card, which is still in my possession. I had got the information this morning & I had blocked my said card on 08-06-2019 at 07:41 hrs.

How SBI credit card customer care number +91 9883915047 .. at us Sunday they will call and speaking very pleasingly initially, but immediately once i ask for status of my case, they will simply say they cant provide because of technical issue currently going on. Even today when i received call from airtel payments bank executive as a response to my call back request, he was talking to me very pleasingly and finally when i ask for status of my case, he was simply saying due to technical issue, he cannot provide me case status, if there is any technical issue, why did he had given me a call back?
