I had given them induction cooker to repair still under warranty ..every time they tell come after6 days and usual excuse parts not arived .after 2 months they didnt repaired I got irritate and took my items back .they claim to be authorised dealer and it takes more than 2 months to bring a item .if I had to pay for the item they would not have taken this long I am sure .they don't care for genuine customers
