    on jan 1st 2018, i purchased 2 rings, one is stone and another is full gold, today date is 27th jan, stones are fell down till now nearly 3 to 4 stones fell down in ring, really bad experience, within 2 to 3day one stone fell down, is this is the quality u maiintain in kalyan? i want to you replace my ring,it is a loss for u,,bcz u lose one cust

    Hii I am writing this letter as I haven’t received cashback as per the scheme run by kalayan jewellers I did purchase from kalayan jeweller on 16th of July 2018 transaction of 32817 as per the scheme I am eligible for cashback of 3281 rs in my account . I already had a communication with bank they said it is the discrepancy from your end.
    please look on this matter on urgent basis

    Dear sir I'm customer for Kalyan jewellers since one year. I have applied for 11 months scheme for which I have to pay 10000 per month. But every month when I try to pay your online server is down , due to which transaction always fail. I have given verbal complaints many time . I travel due to my work and every city doesn't have your branch so how am I suppose to pay installments?? Kindly get it correct at once.

    I am facing payment issue of my scheme. Multipal times i highlighted this issue. while doing payment of scheme i am not receiving OTP from your side. now withdraw your policy ASAP. let me know the process.
