Sub - Delay of claim payment of policy No. 57004956

Dear Sir,

I have got my car No. MP-15CA 5534 ALTO LXI insured from your company. My car met with an accident and was under repair in the month of June 2017. All works have been done through authorised service station and bills along with all the required documents have been forwarded to your company for payment, but I am very disappointed that since five months my payment is not been transferred in my account.

I wish to know the reasons and If I am not receiving the satisfactory reply within seven working days. I will file case against the company in the consumer forum.

I hope you will understand and arrange the payment with interest for the delay period.
