In short Fedex are liars. The promised 2-day transit time estimated by their online transit time checking tool suddenly became 6 days when we arrived at their office!
Called their 1800 to complain and they suggested that maybe the transit time/delivery of 23rd June may have changed between our checking their tool and arrival at the drop off point.
No it didn't!! I checked on returning home and the transit time for package dropped off today 21/6/2017 is STILL estimated at 23rd June delivery by 10.30AM!!! See attached.
Don't believe them.. their tool is a scam to lure you into their office. Sent my package via DHL.
